By selecting first class cellulose from slow-growing trees only, WEIDMANN ensures long-term dimensional stability and minimizes thermal aging.

Random tests for finding metal contamination do not meet WEIDMANN's internal quality standards. Consequently, every single square inch of Transformerboard sheets is checked by our own metal particle detection system installed directly in the production line.

 

Modern X-ray tests are used for WEIDMANN components to verify homogeneity and inspect internal structures and dimensions at any time during manufacture and test.
